Welcome to my weekly flow of news, events, insightful perspectives, and impactful stories aimed at creating positive change in your life and the lives you touch, at home and on the road.

My curious mind, intuitive soul, and big heart, along with some personal connections and crushes on extraordinary humans have put me in a position to receive an abundance of practical information, exciting innovation, and profound wisdom, usually travel-related, that has flowed to me, and now, on to you. Before you scan, take a breath, tune in, open up to the flow, and find your glow.

I’m keeping this one short as I’m currently walking the Spanish Way of the Camino de Santiago with some amazing fellow pilgrims. I’ve shared some photos and links to help inspire others to take more walks, whether that be in your neighborhood or on a pilgrimage, there’s something powerful about intentionally combining reflection, nature, and putting one foot in front of the other!

A quote that is ringing true to me right now as I approach the Cathedral of the Santiago de Compostela:

“Maybe the journey isn’t so much about becoming anything. Maybe it’s about unbecoming everything that isn’t really you, so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place.”

As we approach the Cathedral, my feet are tired, but my soul is strong. Thanks to Joao and Nuno for guiding me through this transformative process, I am ready to take on the second half of life, with a new appreciation for who I am and who I can become.

May the full moon shine brightly for all illuminating our own unique way, whether that be on the Camino and/or in the long roads to our soul.
