BuffyFish Holidays offers holistic, physically adventurous and outdoorsy trips/treks for folks from around the world.

Along with the detailed itinerary and difficulty level of the treks, the plan includes an optional but recommended preparatory physical improvement program and a knowledge improvement program.

The physical preparation plan, 3, 4, 5 or 6 months long, before the trek, includes a self-guided or a professionally guided daily fitness plan, bi-weekly or weekly diet plan and weekly meditation and breathwork sessions.

The knowledge plan will include information pertaining to the cultural significance, the flora and the fauna and food habits of the planned destination.

You can start as a complete beginner. We will train you for your first trek through online videos - with or without a personal fitness trainer. You could maintain daily/weekly/monthly logs that will help us monitor your progress. You could also embark on moderate and expert level treks depending on your level of fitness.

For the diet there will be Vegetarian, Vegan and Non-vegetarian plans that will be recommended by experts. We will have bi-weekly or monthly follow up sessions with the experts to monitor your progress, depending on every individual's requirement.

Bi-weekly meditation and breathwork sessions will help you manage high altitude sickness better. They will also help you get into the rhythm of breathing properly during the trek.

We encourage a community or a buddy-based approach to these pre-trek preparations. The community can be a women-only or women-children or a mixed group for adventure and outdoorsy folks from around the world.

We believe that these preparations add to the transformational value of the trek.
