Description:

This project is a collaborative approach based on the experience and commitment of leading collective tourism professionals, who are excited about following their purpose, supporting the creation of more and better jobs, and taking meaningful climate action. I decided to work on this project because it allows me to combine my skills, knowledge, values, and inspiration

it also allows me to join efforts with great partners to change the traditional world of travel and tourism, and finally it helps to institutionalize transformational tourism in Ecuador, protected by a legally constituted organization that facilitates public-private articulation. On other hand, the Ecuadorian Transformational Travel Alliance’s team believes in creating connections based on transformational travel experiences, which leads to growth the momentum and inspires to take meaningful action in the world of tourism. The intended outcome aims at an integrated management of transformational travel to contribute to sustainable development, tourism competitiveness, decent work, and climate action. I have applied the knowledge gained from the TTC connecting it with my technical knowledge, experience, interests, and purpose. I have been blessed by reinforcing the meaning of little wonders like a sunrise, a sunset, or a morning tea ritual, which can be true life changers. Currently, I am moving forward with the implementation arrangements for my project, especially defining the members of the organization. Thank you so much TTC for guiding me on this journey
