Lars is a hotelier since always, been fully inspired by outstanding hosts he was able to meet during over 25 years working in the field. But his own transformation that happened when moving from traditional corporate structures into boutique, unbranded, and deeply impact-minded local hospitality projects is what inspired him.

Blessed by the great global connections with such hosts, he thinks we have the power to inspire many travelers to become meaningful explorers.
