Core Syllabus

Our core syllabus is adapted to our distinct program venue, place, time, group size, depth and dose. Our trainings include insight, data, methods and frameworks that impact your Experience Strategy and Design, Customer Journey and Engagement, Guest Activation and Motivation, as well as, Culture and Purpose.

Capstone Project

Integration and application and are pivotal. Carefully guided, participants select and develop a project throughout the course, serving as a tangible takeaway and graduation submission (two weeks post course).

Attendance

Co-creation demands presence, a vital element of transformational experiences. Participants are kindly asked to commit to attending at least 80% of all sessions in this journey.

Live Sessions

Regardless of the course format, we leverage our in-session time collaboratively and interactively, delving deep into various aspects of transformational travel design, fostering a co-creative environment.

Connection, Vulnerability, Coherence

Participants are provided with a supportive space for personal and intimate journeys, sharing insights through various forms of expression, fostering reflection, meaning-making, and tracking perspective change.

This is all about the on the ground techniques to use such as guiding, interpretation, story-telling, etc.

    Coaching strategies, practical exercises, and tools, that help travelers maintain ambition, sustain motivation, and shift behaviors to achieve the desired change, resulting in increased trust and loyalty, referrals, and traveler lifetime value.
