This winter, dive into the frosty depths of your own iceberg. Inspired by Freud’s iceberg theory, this Inner Work Journey invites you to explore the vast, hidden reaches of your psyche. Much like an iceberg, the largest parts of your mind remain below the surface—where repressed desires, unresolved conflicts, unmet needs, and buried memories dwell.

This playful yet profound exploration encourages you to venture into your frozen parts, discovering aspects of your personality you may have hidden from yourself, treasure-hunting for forgotten dreams and desires, and gradually melting your iceberg. Through Shadow Work, we'll shed light on the hidden corners of your inner world, bringing acceptance to your forgotten and disowned parts.

Ready to plunge beneath the icy surface and uncover the treasures it holds? The deeper you dive, the more you’ll reveal about the incredible iceberg that is YOU!

Marta goes with the flow in each session, mixing things up with a variety of playful and transformative practices. You might dive into Inner Work exercises, take part in a guided Inner Work Group Journey, or have solo opportunities for mini guidance moments. And every now and then, Marta will sprinkle in her signature “rooms” guidance—something a little special.
