In this inner journey, we’ll use a variety of creative Inner Work tools to help you assess the areas of your life that are ready to be released—whether they are areas of non-love, parts of you needing forgiveness, or anything that no longer serves you. Marta will guide you in recognizing their presence, inviting you to give them an honest evaluation (no sugar-coating here!), and then—poof—letting them go!
