This year, Jake is most energized by leading a tourism roundtable in a guided innovation, strategy, and insights journey to define, measure, and lead the transformation economy. The Transformation Economy Collaborative is being led by Joe Pine, author of Experience Economy, Dave Norton, Founder of Stone Mantel, and Aransas Savas, a leading transformation coach and experience strategist.
